The pearl charms hang on a Mejia Jewelry signature peek-a-boo hoop handcrafted in 14k yellow gold with a tsavorite garnet cab. The peek a boo hoop is a new take on the classic hoop earring. A pop of color peeks out to the side of the ear lobe, as the hoop twists around your ear. 
 
Each pearl charm carries an unexpected surprise: green tourmaline and amethyst cabs are set under the pearls in a glistening gold bezel.
