Heirloom XOXO Gemstone Necklace

A client from Italy requested a solid 18k gold necklace studded with large oval cabochons in a retro style for his wife.  I created an XOXO style symbolizing the couples love for one another.  Each link is riveted together and moves with ease.  Small diamonds dot the "X" link while large oval colored gemstones create the "O" link. 
 
The necklace contains 7 high quality gemstones in rubellite tourmaline, mint green tourmaline, hessonite garnet, and aquamrine cabochons. 
 
The textured chain is handcrafted from wax and then cast in 18k gold.
